Shipping & delivery costs are automatically calculated in real time based on following:

The size & weight of the packaged order

The shipping address provided with the order
An order can only be shipped & delivered to the nominated shipping address associated with that order.
Once we have shipped your order, you will be sent tracking information so you can check when your order is due for delivery.
All items are shipped directly from the WA Skate Ramps warehouse based in Perth, Western Australia.
If an item is out of stock, or if we are unable to ship your order to schedule for any other reason, you will be notified immediately of any estimated delay.
We live in a big country, and therefore delivery times can obviously vary according to where you live.
The information below can be used to provide a estimate of transit time, however in most Instances freight will be delivered earlier..
Capital Cities and surrounding areas:
Perth: 1 - 4 Working Days
Sydney: 4 - 6 Working Days
Melbourne: 4 - 6 Working Days
Brisbane: 5 - 8 Working Days
Adelaide: 4 - 6 Working Days
Orders to country locations are transhipped ex the respective capital city, and may therefore result in an additionsl 1 - 3 days added to transit time. These delivery times an estimate only. On the rare occasion & under certain circumstances outside of our control sometimes deliveries can take longer, however in most instances freight will be delivered ahead of schedule.
Please be assured that we're always doing everything in our power to get your ramp to you as soon as humanly possible.
The NOMINATED SHIPPING ADDRESS is the address that is provided by the customer in the shipping address field at the time that the order is placed.
Our freight carriers will contact you/the customer/receiver to arrange the delivery of the order for a date & time suitable to the customer/receiver. It is the responsibility of the customer/receiver to ensure that they are present at the nominated shipping address and available to accept delivery of their order at the arranged delivery time.
When a delivery time has been arranged/scheduled with the customer & the customer is not present at the shipping address to accept delivery at the arranged/agreed time, a re-delivery fee of $45.00 + GST will be charged to the customer.
If the customer refuses to accept the delivery to their nominated shipping address, arranges or authorises for their order to be re-directed to another address, re-delivered, or requests for freight to be forwarded to an address other than the original shipping address that they provided when the order was placed, then the customer accepts all liability for payment in full of any costs associated with the re-delivery & redirecting of the freight.
Refunds & Returns
Once you have received your order, you should unpack it to inspect the contents and check that all the parts are present according to the checklist within the provided assembly instructions.
If any components are found to be missing or damaged you should contact us immediately so that we can arrange to send out the replacement parts to you as soon as possible.
WA Skate Ramps will not refund any shipped order if you have simply changed your mind, or have decided you did not like the purchase or no longer had use for it.
If you wish to exchange your item for another one of our products you may do so only under the following conditions:
1.) You must return your original order complete & unopened order item/s their original packaging.
2.) you will be charged a re-stocking fee of 10% of the original purchase price
3.) you will be responsible for all original shpping costs as well as any associated return shipping costs.
4.) your new order will be only be shipped out once a. the original items have been returned to our warehouse & received/checked by warehouse staff and b) all amounts payable including return freight costs have been received in full.
